When will my order be shipped?

Every effort is made to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Should there be a delay, you will be notified via e-mail.

How will my order be shipped?

We use both DHL and the US Postal Service.  Normally DHL provides the faster service and they are chosen.  Should you need overnight delivery, please call us at 877-373-5296 and those arrangements will be made.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping costs are determined at check out.  Costs vary depending on the total cost of your purchase.  Costs are shared between you, the customer, and the company.

Will the mole repellent, Molexit, harm my pets?

Molexit is 100% natural and bio-degradable.  It will not harm living things or the environment.

Can Molexit be stored?

Molexit can be stored in a dry location, in the original sealed container, for at least one year.

Is the Easy Mole Trap safe to use?

Specific instructions are included with the trap.  The trap is safe as long as the instructions and stated precautions are followed.

When can I expect results from the trap or repellent?

Instantly!  Traps will work as soon as the animal sets them off.  The repellent works overnight.
How can I tell if I have a mole or other animal?
Moles are meat eaters while voles and gophers will eat roots, etc.  The easiest way to determine the difference is to cut up an apple, place the apple next to the disturbed ground, and cover the apple with a flower pot turned upside down.  Check the apple in a couple of days.  If the apple has been eaten, you critter is likely a vole or gopher.  A mole will not eat the apple, so if the apple remains in place, you have a mole.  If you have a mole you can use Molexit to repel it from the area.  Whether you have a mole or other in ground critter, you can trap it using the East Set Mole Eliminator Trap.  Either method is effective in eliminating the pest.
