Shipping: All orders will be shipped within 3 days unless arrangements for pick up are made at the Carterville, Illinois address. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. Cancellation Policy: Any order may be cancelled prior to shipment. Any service may be cancelled prior to the next scheduled service. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing via mail or e-mail (info@backto-nature.com).
Return/Replacement Policy: We strive for 100% satisfaction for our customers. However, if your shipment is damaged upon arrival or you find it unsatisfactory, your request for a refund or replacement will be honored if received within 10 days of receipt of the product. Return/replacement requests must be submitted via mail, e-mail (info@backto-nature.com) or by phone (618-727-0988). The damaged or unused portion of the shipment must be returned to Back To Nature.
